The performance by Filippos Tsitsopoulos (b. 1967, Athens) denotes a contemporary cabinet of curiosities.

The artist stands on stage, shrouded in a ‘tableau vivant’ of lobsters and flowers. Using contemporary media such as drones, projectors and film he reanimates the 16th century still lifes. A few large canvases by the same artist are floating on the pond in Leopold Park.
