Throughout his career, Messieurs Delmotte was unable to deliver some performances, because they were deemed too audacious, illegal or criminal. In his Forbidden Projects, he finally reveals his ‘forbidden’ plans to the spectator, via a drawing.

Messieurs Delmotte (b. 1967, Liège) explores tourism on the Flemish coastline with his series We are happy where we are not! He will present the video and photos resulting from his performance-based research, at the Venetian Galleries.
